On January 15, 2020, the Japan-China Science and Technology Exchange Association (JCSTEA) organized the 2019 Chinese Student Research Encouragement Award Ceremony, held at the Sanjo Conference Hall of the University of Tokyo. Vice-Chairman Emeritus Professor Hiroya Fujisaki was the moderator, while Mr. Masataka Ariyama explained the purpose of the award. Then, Dr. Shuai GU, a graduate of our research group, was presented with the JCSTEA2019 award.
Recipient: Shuai GU, who received his Ph.D. from the Department of Systems Innovation, Graduate School of Engineering, The University of Tokyo, in September 2018.
